At Aimlake, we believe in transparency, structure, and long-term partnerships. These guidelines are designed to protect both your business and ours, ensuring smooth execution and realistic expectations.
Engagement & Billing
- All services are offered on a monthly retainer or defined engagement basis, unless stated otherwise.
- Work begins once onboarding is completed and required access (ad accounts, platforms, credentials) is provided.
- Ad spend, creative production, landing page hosting, and third-party tools are billed separately unless explicitly included in your plan.
Results & Performance Disclaimer
- Digital marketing outcomes vary by industry, competition, budget, and market conditions.
- Aimlake provides strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting, but does not guarantee specific results such as revenue, leads, ROAS, or rankings.
- Performance improves through consistent execution and data-driven optimization over time, not instant results.
Advertising Platforms & Compliance
- Aimlake follows all platform policies and best practices (Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- We are not responsible for platform-side actions such as account suspensions, disapprovals, policy changes, or algorithm updates.
- Any recovery or appeal efforts are handled within reasonable scope when possible.
Creative & Content Scope
- Content, ad creatives, and strategies are produced according to your selected package.
- Minor revisions are included where applicable.
- Additional requests, major revisions, or out-of-scope work may require a package upgrade or custom quote.
Communication & Support
- Support availability and response time depend on your selected plan.
- Dedicated account managers are assigned to Growth and Enterprise tiers.
- Priority and 24/7 support apply only where explicitly stated.
Custom Requests & Usage
- Custom requests are limited by package tier and do not roll over month-to-month.
- Unused deliverables or requests expire at the end of each billing cycle.
Cancellation, Pausing & Refunds
- Monthly services can be cancelled with 14 days' written notice.
- Fees for services already delivered or in progress are non-refundable.
- Services may be paused upon request, subject to engagement terms.
Data, Access & Confidentiality
- All client data, accounts, and credentials remain confidential.
- Aimlake does not claim ownership of your business data, ad accounts, or platforms.
- AI tools and internal frameworks used by Aimlake remain proprietary.

- Mutual cooperation, timely communication, and realistic expectations are essential for success.
